What Traveling Reminded Me About Having Less ✈️
/This year, I decided to celebrate my birthday by traveling, and it reminded me of something I see all the time in my work: we really don’t need as much as we think we do.
When I travel, I try to pack light and remind myself not to stress about every “what if.” If I forget something, chances are I can get it when I arrive. Packing less makes getting ready easier and coming home and unpacking SO much less overwhelming.
Traveling has also made me notice how people live happily in much smaller spaces with fewer things. As a professional organizer who also lives in a one-bedroom apartment, I can relate! I’ve learned that it’s not always about having more space—it’s about being intentional with what you keep and making your space work for your life.
Whether it’s your suitcase or your home, having less to manage gives you more room to actually enjoy your life. 🤍
If your home is starting to feel like too much to manage, let us help you simplify it. Sometimes, having less really can make life feel a whole lot lighter.
